Terms and Conditions of Use for the Cubix Offices App

Effective date: 1st July 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms“) govern your use of the Cubix Offices mobile application and any related services provided Cubix Management Limited (“Cubix Offices“, “we“, “us“, “our“).

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

  1. App stores and contract responsibility

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Cubix Management Limited only, and not with Apple, Google, or any app marketplace operator.

We, and not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the app and its content, support, maintenance, and for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory claims, consumer claims, and claims that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.

Apple and Google, and their respective subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as applicable.

  1. Licence to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the app on devices that you own or control, solely for your internal business or personal use in connection with Cubix Offices services and strictly in accordance with these Terms and any applicable usage rules of Apple, Google, and your device provider.

  1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to use the relevant Cubix Offices services to use the app.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information
  • keeping login credentials confidential
  • all activity that occurs under your account where you have failed to keep credentials secure
  • notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, unauthorised, inactive, fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

  1. App services

The app may allow you to do things such as:

  • manage your Cubix Offices membership or account
  • view contract or membership information
  • make or manage room, desk, visitor, or service bookings
  • receive notifications and service updates
  • contact support or submit requests
  • view invoices, billing information, or payment status
  • access other workspace-related services and features we make available from time to time

Some features may change, be withdrawn, or depend on third-party systems or your membership type.

  1. Bookings, memberships, and payments

Where the app allows bookings, purchases, or account administration:

  • all bookings are subject to availability
  • you must provide complete and accurate information
  • charges, fees, billing cycles, notice periods, cancellation rules, and membership terms may be governed by your separate office, membership, licence, or service agreement with us
  • payment processing may be carried out by third-party providers
  • you remain responsible for all charges validly incurred through your account or under your agreement with us

If there is any conflict between these app Terms and a signed membership, licence, or services agreement, the signed commercial agreement will generally take priority for those commercial matters.

  1. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the app unlawfully or in breach of any applicable law or regulation
  • use the app to harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or impersonate others
  • interfere with the app’s operation, security, or performance
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
  • copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law
  • upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful content
  • use the app in a way that could damage our systems, reputation, or other users’ access
  • use the app contrary to any applicable Apple, Google, carrier, or third-party terms
  1. Third-party terms and services

Your use of the app must comply with any applicable third-party terms, including the terms of your mobile network provider, device manufacturer, Apple App Store, Google Play, and any third-party services integrated into the app.

The app may rely on or interoperate with third-party systems, and we are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

  1. Intellectual property

The app, and all related content, branding, software, text, graphics, layouts, designs, and materials, are owned by or licensed to Cubix Management Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You must not use our name, logos, branding, or content without our prior written permission.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

  1. Availability, updates, and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Access may be limited for maintenance, updates, emergencies, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

  1. Support and maintenance

We are solely responsible for providing any support and maintenance for the app. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.

  1. Warranties and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the app will meet all your requirements
  • the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • all defects will be corrected
  • the app will always be compatible with your device or operating system
  • information displayed in the app will always be complete, current, or error-free

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the app shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the greater of:

  • the amount you paid us specifically for use of the app in the 12 months before the claim arose; or
  • £100

This does not affect liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app immediately if:

  • you breach these Terms
  • your membership, contract, or right to use Cubix Offices services ends
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or security risk
  • we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons

You may stop using the app at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

On termination, the licence granted to you under these Terms ends immediately, and you must stop using the app.

  1. Complaints, product claims, and legal claims

Any questions, complaints, claims, or notices relating to the app should be sent to:

We, and not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging such claims, subject to applicable law.

  1. Export and legal compliance

You represent that:

  • you are not located in a country subject to a UK, US, or EU government embargo that prohibits use of the app
  • you are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties
  • you will not use the app in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws
  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where applicable.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
