Managing Director

Paul has over 10 years’ experience of owning and operating successful serviced office buildings.

Paul is very much a peoples’ person and enjoys forming & maintaining relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.

Outside of work, Paul is a bit of a petrol head, has 2 Miniature Schnauzers and loves short breaks to anywhere with a beach and some sun!

Alex Roussis



With a wealth of experience in financial operational businesses, Alex has worked with owner managed businesses for over 12 years providing business advice, strategy, and operational efficiency. Alex is both driven and heavily involved in ensuring the financial affairs of Cubix are maintained with the highest conduct.



Head of Property Maintenance

An astute and well-rounded building enthusiast. James has a wide array of experience in development and maintenance in both hospitality and residential real estate.

With a keen eye for detail and an obsession for quality assurance James ensures the Cubix assets are maintained and kept up to brand standards all year round.


Rob Strachan

Head of Marketing

Rob Strachan has unparalleled experience in Flexible Workspace Marketing, with specific expertise in boosting brand awareness and lead generation to unlock business growth.

Rob has held senior roles at several leading flex brands, including Chief Marketing Officer at Landmark, where he led the successful rebranding from i2 Office. With director level experience at IWG, MWB Business Exchange and Big Yellow Self Storage Rob has a track record in delivering global rebrand projects and digital marketing creating exponentially increasing online leads and increasing brand awareness.


Liz King

Head of Finance

Liz is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years experience in the flex space industry and works alongside Alex to manage the daily operational and financial activities for Cubix.

Having worked with owner managed businesses in the sector and growing the SME arena, Liz is experienced in providing operational support to Cubix partners, the team and the clients alike.



Head of Sustainability

Having worked in the energy markets for 20 years, Ben heads up our energy and sustainability side ensuring the group reaches its targets in the ever-changing environmental landscape.

Outside of work, Ben has his hands full with his wife and two kids and walking his British-blue cat. Yes, we did say walking the cat!


Khloe Moules

Centre Manager - Cubix Luton

Khloe has been with Cubix from the beginning, she started off as a receptionist and has worked her way up to centre manager for Cubix Luton. Khloe has over 10 years’ customer service & hospitality experience.

Khloe prides herself on client relationships & ensuring a smooth day to day running of the building.

Outside of work Khloe loves to eat out trying new foods & shopping, everyone knows Khloe loves shopping.


Abby Kenny

Assistant Centre Manager – Cubix Luton

Abby Joined the Cubix Luton Team in October 2021 after 10 years’ working in the fitness and leisure industry.

Abby has a real passion for customer service and prides herself on ensuring all tenants and visitors receive the best service.

Outside of work, her two Shar Pei’s keep her busy and when she does get some time to herself, she loves spending it with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, cooking, and shopping!


Esther Mitchell


Esther joined the Cubix Luton Team back in January 2018 where Khloe and herself were both the Cubix receptionists.

Working at Cubix Luton has allowed Esther to meet and greet various people which she thoroughly enjoys and feels that she has a real passion for customer service and take great pride to ensure all tenants/visitors receive excellent service.



Centre Manager – Cubix MK

Stephanie has Joined the Cubix Milton Keynes Team in August 2022 after supporting the NHS as an Ambulance Care Assistant and Medic, as well as having over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Stephanie loves to form client relationships with her positive outlook and genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Outside the office her busy energetic family love finding new adventures and making memories with “Scooby” the Weimaraner. Who is defiantly the biggest fur baby among the Cubix Paw Family.


Kirsty Boulierac

centre Manager – CUBIX Finchley

With previous experience working the front desk, Kirsty knows how to deliver great customer service to a range of clients. 

She thrives in a good working environment and enjoys building good relationships with clients.

In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys going out with friends to concerts and festivals. She also enjoys relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea. 

Tash Mansi

Tash Mansi

Assistant Centre Manager – cubix Finchley

With 13 years of experience in the customer service industry, Tash knows how to cater to a range of clients. Her bubbly personality and big smile will make you feel welcome as soon as you step through the door.

Outside of Cubix, Tash enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. You’ll find her traveling near and far with her son to support his football ambitions. She is obsessed with trainers and boasts an impressive collection of her own.
